01 The gap this fills
Between a one-off and a container.
There is an awkward middle ground in accessories. A single sample is easy to arrange and a bulk overseas order is easy to understand, but a genuine small collection — enough to stock a shop, test a market or launch a line properly — often falls between the two.
Short-run production exists for exactly that position. It is not a compromise version of manufacturing; it is the same cutting, skiving, edge finishing, punching, assembly and branding, carried out at a scale that suits the brand asking for it.
What is workable in any given case depends on the product, the material and the requirement. Northvale does not publish a quantity threshold, because a meaningful answer needs the actual project in front of it.

A short run is written down the same way a larger project is. Material, width, hardware, edge, branding and finish are all agreed before anything is cut.

Cutting, strapping, skiving, edge finishing, punching, riveting and hardware fitting do not change because the quantity is smaller.

No minimum order quantity is published on this website. What is workable depends on the product, the material and the requirement, so it is discussed directly.
