02 Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. Through the manufacturing enquiry form, the contact form or a direct email, that may include:
- your name;
- your company or organisation;
- your email address;
- your telephone number, if you choose to provide one (it is optional);
- the customer type you select, such as fashion brand, retailer, boutique, uniform or workwear, trade, independent label or direct customer;
- the product your enquiry concerns, such as a belt, braces, a tie, small leather goods or another accessory;
- the production type, such as own design, customer specification, private label, white label, bespoke short run or repeat production;
- your material requirement, including leather type, webbing or elastic;
- hardware, hardware finish, branding and edge preferences;
- approximate quantity;
- specifications such as dimensions, width, size range and colour;
- branding requirements;
- your commercial timeframe;
- budget guidance, if you choose to supply it;
- any additional notes you write;
- the acknowledgements you tick when submitting a brief.
We also collect limited technical information that is generated whenever anyone visits a website, such as the fact that a page was requested. Where our hosting provider keeps server logs, those are held under that provider's own arrangements.
We do not ask for, and you should not send through these forms, information that is commercially sensitive or confidential. See "Security and confidential files" below.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
06 How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case the conversation resumes. Where an enquiry does not lead to a project, we would not normally expect to keep it beyond about two years.
Where a project goes ahead, records relating to it are kept for as long as necessary for the business relationship and for any period required by law, including tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete information sooner, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
07 Security and confidential files
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
For that reason, we deliberately do not invite you to upload artwork, technical files or confidential product specifications through the website forms. Artwork, technical files and confidential product specifications can be exchanged through an agreed secure method after initial contact.
08 Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- be told how your information is used, which is the purpose of this policy;
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete information, where there is no overriding reason for us to keep it;
- ask us to restrict how we use your information in certain circumstances;
- object to processing that we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests;
- ask for your information in a portable format, where that right applies;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent, such as for analytics cookies.

09 International transfers
Some of the service providers we use may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we introduce a new form handler or analytics provider. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
